Thai Peanut Naan Pizza

1/4 cup creamy Nutty Peanut Butter 
1 tbsp olive oil 
1 tsp ginger garlic paste 
1 tsp soy sauce 
1 tsp chopped chilli 
2 Jowar naan (1 cup jowar flour, 1 tbsp curd, 1 tsp baking soda, water as required)
1 tsp oil 
Cheese 
Vegetable of choice 

In a bowl add jowar flour along with the curd  and soda, add hot water as required and knead into a dough. Rest the dough for 30 mins

Roll into oval shape and cook in a hot pan 

In the end take it off from pan and cook directly over flame to get a charred texture 

To make the Thai sauce, in a bow mix the Peanut Butter along with olive oil, ginger garlic paste, soy sauce and chopped chilli 

 

Once the naan is cooked, apply a layer of the sauce, add cheese and top with vegetables 

Cover and cook on pan this for 4-6 mins till the cheese melts or pop in the oven for 7 mins at 180 degree Celsius
